Write a dialogue between two friends on environmental pollution.
Amina: Hey Rafi, have you
noticed how hazy the sky has been lately?
Rafi: Yeah, I thought it
was just the weather. Is it pollution?
Amina: Exactly. Air
pollution has been getting worse, especially with all the traffic and
industrial emissions.
Rafi: That’s worrying. I
didn’t realize it was this bad. Does it affect our health?
Amina: Definitely. It can
cause respiratory problems, heart issues, and even affect brain development in
children.
Rafi: Wow, I had no idea.
What about water pollution? I heard some rivers are becoming toxic.
Amina: That’s true too.
Factories often dump waste into rivers, and plastic pollution is a huge issue.
It harms aquatic life and contaminates drinking water.
Rafi: So what can we do?
It feels overwhelming.
Amina: Small steps matter.
Reduce plastic use, recycle, use public transport, and support eco-friendly
policies. Even planting trees helps!
Rafi: I guess I should
start being more conscious. Maybe we can organize a clean-up drive in our
neighborhood?
Amina: That’s a great
idea! Raising awareness is the first step toward change.
